Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding our shipping options to other countries.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some items like personal care products may have different policies.
How do I initiate a return?
Go to your account, find the order, and click "Return Item". Follow the prompts to print a prepaid return label. Once we receive the item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The credit may take an additional 3-5 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

How often do new deals appear?
New deals are added every morning at 8 AM EST! Flash deals can appear throughout the day and typically last 4-12 hours.
Are the original prices real?
Yes, all "compare at" prices reflect the manufacturer's suggested retail price or the vendor's regular selling price. We verify all pricing claims.
Can I use multiple coupon codes?
Only one coupon code can be applied per order. However, coupons can be combined with existing sale prices for maximum savings.
What happens if a deal sells out?
Flash deals have limited quantities. Once sold out, the deal is gone. We recommend acting fast on deals you love! Sign up for notifications to be alerted about restocks.
